In Kindergarten, your child’s progress in awareness of vowel and consonant sound is a delight to share as these sounds begin to slowly blend into words.
Our curriculum will empower our students in Kindergarten to be reading before the end of the school year. They will be practicing their penmanship in manuscript writing and improving as their manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination progress. In our 1st through 5th grade program we continue the development, providing an effective phonics approach to reading. This consists of Language, Math, Science, History, and Health.
The language portion encompasses reading, phonics, spelling, poetry, and penmanship. Students build their reading vocabulary quickly through a special emphasis on phonics, blending and development of comprehensive skills that lead to useful word patterns.The students learn to think for themselves as they practice spelling words through various activities.
Our Elementary School hours are 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m, and we offer before and after school programs for our students too. Creative Learning Center will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for the convenience of our working parents.
